An urban renewal use case where more than 80 steps were reduced to 10 by digitalizing the process. A new subdivision plan was auto generated, planning scheme digitalized – thereby enabling an algorithmically generated site plan. The new precinct had to be designed in such a way that it showed the impact it will have in the neighbourhoods in the present as well as in the future. The project gave Urbanetic the freedom to rejuvenate the entire land by redoing the local building codes and local planning schemes but it had to be within the framework of the national, state and municipal level plan
